With a passion for the planet, and as someone who is empowered by people, Kayla has turned what drives her into her career as the current Program Manager-ESG at Kohler. In leading all storytelling and reporting efforts for Kohler’s environmental, social, and governance performance, Kayla connects people, passion, and progress.
Kayla also sits on the University of Wisconsin Sustainable Management Advisory Board, to share her knowledge and experience to further her impact across the state of Wisconsin. In this same effort, Kayla has also presented a TedX Talk on the topic of humankind's universal responsibility to water at her alma Mater, the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Conservation and Environmental Science. When not being a sustainability superstar, Kayla is taking in the environment she so loves reading, hiking, and biking. Her personal motto? “I don’t have to do this.
