Mequon Town Center coming to life By Jeff Rumage
Mequon - Mequon Town Center's completion date has been pushed back to 2016, but many of the retail shops are already open for business.
The centerpiece of the development at Mequon and Cedarburg roads is a two-story Cafe Hollander building, which is in the beginning construction phases. The restaurant is expected to open in March 2016.
Cafe Hollander is flanked on either side by a two-story building facing Mequon Road and a four-story building facing Cedarburg Road. The building along Mequon Road is only commercial uses, and the building along Cedarburg Road has 13 luxury apartments on the top three stories.

On 21 November, Rotary staff members and I will join Arizona Rotary members to bike up to 104 miles in El Tour de Tucson to raise funds for polio eradication.
The event is one of the top cycling events in the U.S., attracting more than 9,000 cyclists each year. We are aiming to raise $3.4 million, which will be tripled by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for a total of more than $10 million for the fight to end polio.
