Updated Wisconsin Election Maps

Representative Deb Andraca was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2020. She represents the
communities of Bayside, Brown Deer, Fox Point, Mequon, River Hills, Thiensville and Whitefish Bay.

Deb and her family have lived in Whitefish Bay for over 20 years and they all do their best to give back to
our community. She has served as PTO president at Cumberland Elementary school, leader of two Girl
Scout troops, a volunteer fundraiser for the Urban Ecology Center, and a Milwaukee-area leader for
Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense.

After enjoying many years volunteering at her daughters' school, Deb decided to switch careers and
become an elementary school teacher. She pursued her teacher’s license part-time at Alverno College,
completing her coursework in 2018. She taught third-grade math at Bruce Guadalupe Community School
and was an elementary substitute in the Whitefish Bay School District.

Before starting her teaching career, she was a vice president at FleishmanHillard International
Communications, communications director and lobbyist for the Environmental Law and Policy Center of
the Midwest, and press secretary on a Congressional campaign. After graduating from Syracuse
University in 1992, she lived in Washington DC, where she earned a master’s degree at George
Washington University while working full-time at the Solar Energy Industries Association.
Deb’s family includes her husband, Marc, and two daughters in college.

She serves on the Joint Finance, Education, Forestry, Parks and Outdoor Recreation
committees. Deb was appointed to the 2022 Blue Ribbon Commission on Veteran Opportunity by
Governor Evers.

Representative Andraca has been recognized as a 2023 Wisconsin Legislator of the Year by the
American College of Physicians -- Wisconsin Chapter; a 2023 Milwaukee County Legislative Champion
by County Executive David Crowley; a 2022 Champion of Commerce by the Metropolitan Milwaukee
Chamber of Commerce; and a 2022 Legislator of the Year by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
