If you were at last week's meeting you'll recall Alice Sedgwick posed the question: "If you were all powerful in the world what would you change?"
Alice shares these responses:
- I would eliminate rapid fire guns and make sure every community has clean water
- I would have every person in the world feel loved and safe
- Eliminate the hate speech and fear mongering in politics today
- Homelessness
- That those of means would define themselves by what they give rather than what they got
- On the humerous side: I would take 10 strokes off Tim Hamilton's golf score
Alice also stopped to talk to Newcastle residents having breakfast and here are their responses:
- Attitude towards each other. Love your neighbor
- People not be so negative towards each other
- Trade the world into a new one.
- Insist that we listen to each other.
