Rob Decker is the owner of Aire Serv of North Shore, a locally owned heating and cooling company serving Milwaukee’s North Shore and surrounding communities.
A Mequon resident since 2013, Rob has been a proud Rotarian since 2025 and enjoys giving back to the community he calls home.
Before becoming a business owner, he spent more than 25 years in leadership, strategy, process improvement, and dealer development at the Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
Rob holds an MBA from Marquette University and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics from Texas Tech University.
He and his wife, Dona, are active at their local church, Grace 242, and in his free time Rob enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time with family, and building relationships throughout the community. He believes strongly in serving others and making a positive impact through his business, his church, and Rotary.
