Where were you born, education/degrees or associations/board seats? I was born in Libertyville IL.  My undergraduate, communications, degree and MBA are both from CUW.

What did you want to be when you grew up? I had various ideas of what I wanted to do.  One of them was a nurse, obviously that didn’t work out.

Name of company & position, or your very first job: I am the Stewardship Executive for the South Wisconsin District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.  I am also the District Vice President for Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF).  I love what I get to do for our church body.  I am blessed in many ways in this position

Family: I am married to Randy Raasch.  He is the Senior Pastor at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg.  We have two married daughters and three amazingly cute granddaughters.  Our family is such a blessing.  I love watching our kids parent their daughters.

Interests/hobbies/last book read/favorite movie/what’s playing in on your car’s stereo/pastimes: My hobbies include gardening, cooking and baking.  Randy and I love to travel.  We will be going on a mission trip to Ghana in January 2019.  My favorite pastime is spending time with our family.

Best business decision, or hardest business decision: The hardest decision I have ever made was to leave Concordia Wisconsin for my current position.  Yet I am confident God led me to this position.  I have been able to enhance my career in so many ways.

Biggest career accomplishment/highlight to date, or what do you like best about your job? I especially like helping churches, church workers and the lay leaders raise money for their ministry.  Many times I am also assisting ministries in getting loans to enhance their ministry.  I currently have 212 churches in our District.

Most memorable Rotary moment or event? Some of my favorite Rotary moments include working with Rotarians at our various events.

Your favorite vacation? In 1997 Randy and I traveled to Israel.  It was a study tour, we visited many Biblical cities and regions.  We walked the streets of Jerusalem and other locations where Jesus walked.  About ten years ago Randy and I went to Italy with a number of our friends.  We stayed in the Tuscany area.  We took day trips to many of the well know landmarks
