I was born in Detroit, MI (1951), parents Ed (CPA) and Floramae Kliber (98). Graduated Grosse Pointe High School, Western Michigan University-BBA degree (finance). Had many interests as a child, played music in HS, college; had interest in business. 
Started Credit Analyst MI National Bank, then Mortgage officer-commercial real estate loans. Lender/loan broker-Manufacturers Hanover Mortgage. Then manager of regional malls, Grand Rapids, Schaumburg, IL (Woodfield), Northridge during GOOD days. Then President of Polacheck Property Management. Grew to 7M SF commercial properties. After firm sold, bought my own business, 100 year WI commercial testing lab. Sold to a global European lab (2014).
Married (31 years) to Mandy in Mequon, 2 children, Steph and Jason. Love VBT bicycling and Sandals vacations! Like golfing, sailing, bicycling, travel, nature, exercise. Loved ability to buy/run/sell my small business; becoming a local small business leader and speaker. Believe in trusting employees and capabilities. Mentor is Dr. Stephen Covey.
