Meet and Greet

Dan Kohl is a father, a husband, a non-profit leader and business executive, and a third-generation Wisconsinite who grew up and raised his family in Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District.

Dan spent the majority of his professional career as an executive with the Milwaukee Bucks, ultimately serving as Assistant General Manager. In 2009, Dan joined J Street as Vice President of Political A airs, and oversaw the development of the nation’s largest pro-Israel political action committee. Dan has also represented the Children’s Hospital Association and Major League Baseball, where he worked extensively on MLB’s Welcome Back Veterans military mental health initiative.

Dan and wife, Stacey, have been married for 26 years and have three children, Samantha, Ben, and Adam. Dan grew up in a family that emphasized community service. His civic involvements have included serving on the boards of Columbia-St. Mary’s Foundation, the COA Youth and Family Center Board, and the Wisconsin Historical Society Foundation.
