COPE's Mission and Status

Cecile Duhnke is executive director of COPE Services. Having worked in the media, magazine production and association management most of her life, Cecile decided to pursue work in the non-profit arena after moving to the Milwaukee area with her family in 2012. She was hired at COPE in 2014 and was promoted to Director in 2015. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs and a Master's Degree in Business. Passionate about mental health and suicide prevention, Cecile leads mental health education and sucide prevention trainings in the community. She lives with her husband Seth, and their daughter, Grace, in Grafton.
