I made my first meeting tonight as it was the first meeting after their summer break. A delightful small group about 34 members. They meet in a bar in a local hotel at about 9 pm and after drinks slowly migrate to a conf room where a 3 course dinner with wine was served.
After a Military Doctor gave a talk (about 45 minutes) about the migration crisis. Can't say I understood it all but the food, wine and convivial atmosphere made it a pleasure. So I look forward to a fun rotary year!
