I'd like to begin with a round of applauds for our Club. I spent some hammock time in my back yard over the past weekend and my mind drifted to Rotary. I just though back over the past years about all the projects I've worked on, events I've attended, conferences I've taken part in and the interesting and informative speakers I've had the opportunity to hear and the many, many great conversations I've had over breakfast and of course being introduced to the Guatemala Medical Resource Partnership and the Oliveros Scholarship Group. In hindsight, I know that Rotary has been a worth wild and rewarding investments of my time. Thank everyone for you contribution in making this Club and Rotary a great place to invest our time. Celebrate our victories!

Campus Colors sports new Mequon storefront
By Jeff Rumage
Mequon — It's the start of the Wisconsin Badgers' football season, and you're looking to replace that old Bucky sweatshirt from your college years.
A trip to Campus Colors can solve that problem, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. The Chicago-based athletic apparel retailer can also help you with a new sweatshirt from Michigan State, basketball shorts from North Carolina or just about any other officially-licensed clothing article you can imagine from 200 colleges and universities across the county. The store also offers apparel from 30 to 40 professional teams, including the Milwaukee Brewers, Bucks and Green Bay Packers.
Originally founded in Highland Park in 1991, Campus Colors has expanded to four Chicagoland locations, and made its Wisconsin debut on May 21, when opening in a space in the Mequon Pavilions shopping center at 10906 N. Port Washington Road.
"We were looking to open another store, and we felt that the demographics of Mequon were similar to the areas of Chicago where we've been successful," Campus Colors co-owner Jon Rubenstein said. "We wanted to try a store outside of Chicago to see if it works."
