Jingle Bell Bash on Saturday, December 16th

Just a friendly FINAL reminder! My original message is below. Please bring items to Rotary THIS COMING FRIDAY (or the next two). I'll be there to collect your donations.
Our Rotary club's annual holiday gift giving program is an opportunity for you to personally & positively influence the lives of families in our Ozaukee County community.
This year we are once again partnering with Family Promise: https://www.familypromiseoz.org/
This year's program will look a bit different than in the past. We have the opportunity to purchase new, unused gifts for children and their parents as well as volunteer at different stations during their Jingle Bell Bash taking place on Saturday, December 16th from 3-6pm at Crossroads Church in Mequon. Any level of commitment you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
As far as gifts go, there will be two rooms at the Jingle Bell Bash. One room with unwrapped gifts for kids, and one with unwrapped gifts for adults. Parents will shop for 2-3 gifts for their children, and kids will shop for gifts for their parent(s). The gifts they choose will be wrapped with the help of our volunteers and set aside. Once a family is ready to leave, they will take their gifts home to open with their family on Christmas morning.
Family Promise told me they are good for volunteers, but they will never turn anyone away.

Additionally, Family Promise is looking for donations of wrapping paper, scotch tape, scissors, ribbon, gift labels and bows. You can bring these items to Jennifer at any Rotary meeting now until December 15.
